The John Molson MBA International Case Competition is a not-for-profit event organized by a team of MBA candidates from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. The competition is recognized as the largest case competition of its kind and is open to top world business schools. Its main purpose is to bridge the gap between corporate and academic worlds, which ultimately enriches both students and executives alike. The competition format is a round-robin tournament consisting of seven unpublished business cases. The cases are selected from among the top entries from the annual Case Writing Competition. This year, the six-day event attracted thirty-six teams of four students from around the globe who vie for the Concordia Cup by analyzing business cases and presenting recommendations to a panel of judges, made of executives and business leaders. This world-class event presents an unparalleled opportunity for over 200 of the world’s top business students to put their analytical and consulting skills to the test, to network with their international peers and their local executives.
Three CSL Behring Canadian marketers accompanied by CSL Behring Canada General Manager and Manager for University Relations served as case competition judges to complex cases. The CSL Behring booth attracted many students eager to learn about our biopharmaceutical company and the career opportunities. This was a very enriching and rewarding experience for both students and CSL Behring members who participated. We look forward to sponsoring and taking part in this event in the future.
